Job Description

This position provides support to the operations of UT Health Physicians Practice which will include onboarding and management of the clinical and clerical staff float pools, practice orientation, staff training, and patient complaint management.

Job Duties

Job Duty

Manage the onboarding process for clinical and clerical float pool staff while working closely with Practice Management of UT Health. Conduct staffing training on critical UT Health Physicians initiatives.

Job Duty

Working closely with Practice Managers, provide daily practice assignments to float pool staff to ensure the needs of each practice are being met. Oversees the eventual transfer of float staff to a permanent home.

Ensure completion of staff orientation and required compliance training (ie, HIPAA) by all practice operations staff. Document, track, and follow-up on completion of required staff immunizations.

Schedule and facilitate UT Health Physicians orientation.

Manage patient complaints and incident reporting for the UT Health Physician Practice to include receiving, logging, tracking, investigating and resolving patient complaints.
