Job Description

Responsible for medical student rotation scheduling, CME tracking, educational event assistance, and other administrative duties related to academics.

Preferred Qualifications

Medical or academic experience preferred.

Job Duty

Responsible for providing key support of the daily activities of the Program Coordinator and in support of its academic missions. Maintain resident call schedule, room scheduling, files, and other reports as assigned. Assists with catering, Graduate Medical Education requirements, supplies, and other duties as assigned.

Assists the Program Director with appointments, travel, including submitting prior approvals and travel reimbursements, and other duties as assigned.

Job Duty

Provide excellent customer services, telephone communication and support for the Education Office. Adhere to department policies and interface with Medical Center Administration, Undergraduate and Graduate Medical Education offices, and other representatives of the University, its affiliates and constituents. Other duties as assigned.

Serves as back up administrative coverage to answer the department’s main line of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
