Job Description

Perform secretarial and administrative assignments for Emergency Health Sciences Department.

Preferred Qualifications

Secretarial, typing and/or clerical experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Front office support including answering main division phone line.

Create training and equipment requisitions in support of our Army contract. This may include acquiring equipment lists and quotes from various vendors, tracking and checking received orders.

Inventory control of student equipment as well as troubleshooting student IT issues and submitting requests to IT.

Order and maintain accurate records of student uniform inventory and orders for new and existing students and faculty.

Generate invoices for payment for AHA activities. Process Interdepartmental transfers for various activities completed between UT Health departments.
