Job Description

To maintain UT Health San Antonio’s database of over 167,000 records and is responsible for the input and output of information which includes interfacing with individuals and groups and for maintaining the integrity of the data.

Job Duties

Job Duty

Gathers data, organizes, analyzes and processes data from various sources to maintain UT Health San Antonio’s database.

Percentage Of Time 40
Job Duty

Maintains donor lists and mailing lists for the President’s Office, Development Office, and other UT Health San Antonio constituencies. Prepares queries, runs reports, imports, and exports data for various mailings and projects upon request.

Job Duty

Prepares data entry by the coding of information using appropriate references and analysis. Prepares routine checks of information to ensure the accuracy UT Health San Antonio’s database and donor information.

Responsible for the design, execution, and effectiveness of a system of internal controls which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, financial information is reliable, and applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures are complied with.

Trains new employees in data collection and data entry techniques and on the use of computer and department programs. Performs other duties as assigned.
