Job Description | Responsible for the administrative oversight of patient care operations of clinical practices by setting objectives, planning, staffing and coordinating patient care activities and processes. In coordination with the practice management team, this position is responsible for human resource management, patient experience enhancement, performance improvement activities, and implementation of clinical quality initiatives. Oversees financial operations and collaborates with Department Administrators to develop and manage budgets. |
